Longines Watches

Since it was established in 1832, Longines has been a pioneer in the creation of exquisite timepieces, with a rich lineage and an unwavering dedication to quality. Its watches stand as a testament to the prowess of Swiss watchmaking.

Based in the village of Saint-Imier in Switzerland—the company’s birthplace—Longines’ expert watchmakers have built a vast collection of high-beat stopwatches, chronographs, chronometers and elegant watches over the years. Its creations consistently sit within the industry’s cutting-edge of innovation.

Interestingly, Longines is the oldest brand in the world to be registered with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). Before WIPO even existed, Longines ensured all products leaving its factory were engraved with a serial number, its name ‘Longines’ and its winged hourglass symbol—proving the watchmaker was a pioneer in protecting its products against counterfeits.

One significant part of Longines’ history was its role in the Olympics. It became the first-ever official timekeeper of the world-famous sporting event at the 1896 games held in Athens and was involved in subsequent Olympics, too. It wasn’t until 1932 that Omega—like Longines, now owned by the Swatch Group—took over all time-keeping duties at the games.

Longines also equipped the aviation pioneer Charles Lindbergh and polar explorer Roald Amundsen with watches—paying testament to their reliability—while Albert Einstein was also known to wear a Longines watch, which he received as a gift.

One of its most sought-after current collections is the Heritage range. As the name suggests, this line pays homage to the brand's rich past, featuring classic timepieces inspired by vintage favourites like its Legend Diver and Avigation models. With intricate detailing, vivid dial colours and a hint of nostalgia, the Heritage line has been hugely successful.

For those seeking a more modern and sporty style, look no further than the Conquest collection. Designed for individuals with an active lifestyle, these watches are built to withstand tough conditions while maintaining a sophisticated look. Alongside this collection sits the HydroConquest series, offering robust dive watches with 300 metres of water resistance.

The Flagship line, meanwhile, offers a range of sleek and refined timepieces. With clean lines and understated elegance, these watches exude sophistication, seamlessly elevating any outfit.

Longines has a host of famous admirers wearing its watches, too. Most notably, actress and brand ambassador, Jennifer Lawrence. She wears a feminine piece with a rectangular case from the sophisticated DolceVita line. Fellow actor, Regé-Jean Page, is another brand ambassador. Page wears a model from the Spirit collection which showcases Longines’ take on the classic pilot’s watch.

We offer a wide range of pre-owned Longines models that showcase the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation. Whether you’re a seasoned watch collector or a first-time buyer, we’ll undoubtedly have a Longines timepiece in our extensive selection that will suit your taste.
